Guidelines for Registering as a Member – Vietnam Association of 3D Technology in Medicine

Dear Sir/Madam,

First and foremost, the Vietnam Association of 3D Technology in Medicine would like to express our sincere gratitude to you for your interest and desire to join us in our journey to advance the application of 3D technology in medicine.

The Association is a professional organization that connects experts, organizations, and businesses in the fields of healthcare, engineering, and digital technology to promote research, application, training, and technology transfer of 3D printing for modern medical practices in Vietnam.

Review the guidelines on the rights and obligations of each member type:

MEMBERS

Members of the Association include official members, honorary members, and associate members, as follows:

Official members: Individuals or organizations directly involved in building and developing the Association.

Honorary members: (1) Individuals with high reputation, expertise, or significant contributions to the industry/field of the Association’s activities, invited by the Association’s Executive Committee, or (2) Individuals currently residing and working abroad.

Associate members: Individuals or organizations interested in the Association’s activities, seeking to connect and collaborate but not fully participating in all Association activities.

RIGHTS OF OFFICIAL MEMBERS

  1. Eligible for free or discounted fees when participating in conferences and professional workshops; prioritized access to information about training courses and short-term CME programs organized or co-organized by the Association, both domestically and internationally;
  2. Receive evaluations and feedback from the Association on their works/projects; when necessary, be nominated for awards or have their copyright protected in accordance with regulations;
  3. Prioritized to present scientific reports at conferences and workshops organized or co-organized by the Association;
  4. Eligible to attend the General Assembly, nominate, run for, and vote for the Executive Committee as per the Association’s Charter;
  5. Provided with professional materials, technical reports, and scientific publications of the Association. Receive the latest updates on 3D medical technology domestically and internationally.

OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS

  1. Comply with the Association’s Charter, resolutions, and regulations of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee. Adhere to state policies and laws; diligently follow the Association’s directives.
  2. Participate in the Association’s professional activities and events; unite and collaborate with other members to build a strong and thriving Association.
  3. Protect the Association’s reputation; refrain from acting on behalf of the Association without written authorization.
  4. Actively promote and introduce the Association, encouraging public participation and support for its activities in accordance with legal regulations.
  5. Continuously enhance professional expertise, stay updated with new knowledge; uphold medical ethics and professional responsibility. Contribute actively to training, research, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment.
  6. Proactively identify, prevent, and address actions that negatively affect the Association’s reputation and interests.
  7. Hand over related work, finances, and assets when ceasing activities with the Association.
  8. Pay membership fees in full and on time as stipulated by the Association.

Rights and obligations of honorary and associate members

APPENDIX 1: RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF HONORARY AND ASSOCIATE MEMBERS

Associate and honorary members enjoy the same rights and obligations as official members, except for the right to vote on Association matters, nominate, run for, or vote for the Executive Committee or Inspection Committee, and contribute financially to the Association’s activities on a voluntary basis, not mandatory, based on individual capacity.

Honorary members also enjoy the following additional rights:

  1. Recognized and honored by the Association for their professional contributions, connections, and development efforts;
  2. Prioritized to share experiences and present topics at academic activities;
  1. Prioritized for introduction to expert networks and international cooperation programs organized or co-organized by the Association.
  2. Foreign members enjoy all these rights and additional opportunities to participate in international networking and communication activities related to 3D medical technology abroad.

Honorary members (foreign members) also have the following obligations:

  1. Encouraged to share knowledge and connect international experts with the Association.
  2. Support the Association in external affairs, promoting its image and international reputation.
  3. Refrain from acting on behalf of the Association in international activities without written authorization.

Corporate members will collaborate with the Association in professional activities, communication, and product development, enjoying exclusive privileges to elevate their brand and expand connections in the field of 3D medical technology.

Sponsorship Level Main Benefits
Exclusive Sponsorship – Hold the title of “Exclusive Sponsor” on all Association documents and events throughout the year.

– Company logo and name prominently featured in all communication materials, website, fanpage, and main banners of the Association.

– Two representatives participating in the Association’s Executive Committee.

– 100% free promotional (boost) costs at the Annual Conference and major events.

– Organize up to three workshops/hands-on sessions under the Association’s name to introduce products or services.

– Products integrated into CME training programs (if applicable).

– Top priority in selecting exhibition booth locations at events, with preferred sizing.

– Recognized as a “Special Strategic Partner” on the website, publications, and at the Year-End Recognition Ceremony.

– Opportunity to deliver opening or closing remarks at the Annual Conference.

– Prioritized participation in international activities/events.

– Consultation and expert connections to support products.

– Play an introductory video (up to 5 minutes) during the opening session in front of all delegates.

– Free attendance at the Annual Conference for 10 people.

– Association support to upload videos (≤ 5 minutes) on the official website and fanpage.

Diamond – One representative participating in the Association’s Executive Committee.

– 100% free promotional (boost) costs at the Annual Conference.

– Organize two workshops/hands-on sessions under the Association’s name to introduce products/services.

– Products included in CME training content (if applicable).

– Promotion on fanpage, website, and newsletter four times per year.

– Use of the Association’s logo in communication materials and events.

– Company logo and name featured on main banners, website, printed communication materials, and Association events.

– Play an introductory video (up to 3 minutes) during the opening session in front of all delegates.

– Recognized as a “Strategic Partner.”

– Priority in selecting exhibition booth locations at events.

– Nominated and honored at the Year-End Ceremony.

– Free attendance at the Annual Conference for 8 people.

– Association support to upload videos (≤ 3 minutes) on the official website/fanpage.

Platinum – One representative participating in the Association’s Executive Committee.

– 50% discount on promotional (boost) costs at the Annual Conference.

– Organize one workshop/hands-on session under the Association’s name to introduce products/services.

– Products included in illustrative materials for CME training (if applicable).

– Promotion on fanpage, website, and newsletter twice per year.

– Use of the Association’s logo in communication materials and events.

– Company logo and name featured on the website and printed materials of the Association.

– Play an introductory video (60–90 seconds) during the opening session in front of all delegates.

– Invited to speak at a thematic workshop (once per year).

– Recognized as a “Supporting Partner” and named at the Year-End Ceremony.

– Free attendance at the Annual Conference for 6 people.

– Association support to upload videos (≤ 2 minutes) on the official fanpage.

Gold – One representative participating in the Association’s Executive Committee.

– 30% discount on promotional (boost) costs at the Annual Conference.

– Logo featured in select publications/events.

– Company name listed on the Association’s official website.

– Play an introductory video (30–45 seconds) during the opening session in front of all delegates.

– Participate in the Annual Conference as an official sponsor.

– Priority to post one product introduction article per year on the Association’s fanpage.

– Issued a sponsor certificate.

– Free attendance at the Annual Conference for 4 people.

– Association support to upload videos (≤ 1 minute) on the official fanpage.

Co-organizer – Logo featured in specific events co-organized by the company.

– 15% discount on promotional (boost) costs at the Annual Conference.

– Introduced in the section for supporting partners.

– Issued a co-organizer certificate.

– Priority review for upgrading to higher sponsorship packages in the following year.

– Free attendance at the Annual Conference for 2 people.

– Option to play videos at the booth area (not in the main program).

Benefit details will be specifically agreed upon through direct discussions and the signing of a cooperation contract between the company and the Association.

  • Scan or take a clear photo of the completed form.
